Since inception, Jibility has taken a lean approach to IT service delivery and operations by outsourcing the management of their cloud-native, AWS-based operating platform to JourneyOne.
Jibility is a SaaS product with a global user base that helps users translate their vision and goals into executable, strategic roadmaps. The tool was conceived and founded by a team of experienced consultants to fulfill a common client need: bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
Jibility is a lean organisation. They do not maintain an internal technical capability, instead outsourcing technical services to JourneyOne.
Having already engaged JourneyOne’s cloud-native application development services, Jibility sought a nimble yet reliable AWS Consulting Partner to supply the managed services necessary to take their product to market and assure continued service delivery.

Jibility engaged JourneyOne as a managed services provider given the team's credentials as an AWS partner and experience crafting managed services offerings sized to fit smaller organisations yet prepared to scale with these organisations as their customer base grows.
JourneyOne delivers these services on an AWS-based managed operating platform with a multi-account architecture crafted to Jibility’s requirements. The platform complements the services employed by the cloud-native application with platform management services (e.g. Control Tower, AWS Organizations, AWS Single Sign On etc.) and management/monitoring services (e.g. AWS Config, CloudTrail, CloudWatch etc.).
By engaging JourneyOne as a managed services partner, Jibility have maintained their focus where it counts: in constantly improving their product and engaging their customers.
