Building a roadmap for Good Sammy's IT and digital strategy
Good Sammy Enterprises recognised that they had a historical under-investment in IT, which meant that ageing legacy systems and over-reliance on manual processes were impacting their operations and their ability to deliver on their strategic plan.
They needed a roadmap and future state architecture for their IT and Digital assets that would underpin their business aspirations.
Good Sammy enlisted JourneyOne’s Summit Planning team to help solve these challenges.

STAGE ONE
In the Envision stage of the journey, we set the vision, challenges and objectives.
An essential part of this stage was ensuring consensus on the strategic intent among the key stakeholders at Good Sammy.
STAGE TWO
The Outline stage involved identifying the IT capabilities and degree of change required in order to meet their strategic objectives.
We worked with the Good Sammy team to define the current and future state conceptual architecture to shape the evolution of their IT and digital platforms.
STAGE THREE
In the final stage, the team agreed upon the initiatives and produced a prioritised and costed roadmap for execution.
